is this legal?
I want to start a home business selling home decor. Ive noticed that in the fabric stores have a large amount of material, other items with cartoon characters from the popular i dont want to mention companies. I want to use these fabrics in some of my work, to sell, but do not know if it is legal. I know a little about copyright laws, but im confused because the materials are in a fabric shop, meet people and businesses buy in fabric stores for use material to create new things.
While the material is licensed to be manufactured and sold as it was, can be used as desired. Interesting question!
